This Cool Market Is Now My Favorite Place To Take Photos Of Myself Drinking Coffee

As a Tennessee native, I knew little to nothing about the obsession New Englanders have for Dunkin' Donuts. Like, that ish runs DEEP.

Since moving to Boston, most of my coffee excursions have been to D.D. thanks to my boyfriend (who is a true die-hard), except for the Starbucks that's within walking distance to our apartment. He'll only make the exception out of convenience and morning laziness.

Because of these insanely difficult first world problems of mine, I've only been able to check out a few cool coffee shops on my own. But a new friend recently introduced me to what is probably my new favorite spot.

With gorgeously rustic wood floors, killer lighting and plants hanging from the ceiling, Allium Market provides the perfect place to cozy up for an afternoon of writing.

Or, in my most recent case, coffee drinking and getting to know some pretty cool Boston bloggers. Nikki of Bayberry & Main was kind enough to show me Allium Market, which is understandably one of her favorite spots.

Located in Coolidge Corner, Allium Market is half hip market that offers things like imported cheese, charcuterie and tinned fish (is it that really better then untinned fish?) and half adorable cafe that you can't help but Instagram.

Not only is the coffee delicious, but they also have pastries, an awesome lunch menu, and drinking vinegar — something I am both scared and intrigued to try.

Between the emerald-tiled walls and the hip variety of lattes, you would have never known this building was a former Walgreens.

So if you need me, there's about an 80 percent chance I'll be here.
